about the space

The building will feature a performance hall with a Proscenium style stage and theater with an orchestra pit and fly loft. The hall will have modular seating for up to 400 people. Behind the scenes, there will be multiple dressing rooms, a green room, and a costume shop.

Resident groups will have access to shared work spaces, a music library, individual practice rooms and lesson spaces. Instrument and equipment storage will be available, and medium and large sized rehearsal spaces will be available for larger groups.

Other parts of the building will include administrative offices, meeting and conference rooms, common areas for the receptionist and lobby, office equipment, a staff break room, as well as a public lounge and atrium area.
