arts 360°
Support for the front AND the back of the stage arts education, training, and performance-related activities. COPA aims to work with various production service companies to ensure that the arts 360° experience is available to be experience by those who love the arts, but might not perform.
about the space
The building will feature a performance hall with a Proscenium style stage and theater with an orchestra pit and fly loft. The hall will have modular seating for up to 400 people. Behind the scenes, there will be multiple dressing rooms, a green room, and a costume shop.
Resident groups will have access to shared work spaces, a music library, individual practice rooms and lesson spaces. Instrument and equipment storage will be available, and medium and large sized rehearsal spaces will be available for larger groups.
Other parts of the building will include administrative offices, meeting and conference rooms, common areas for the receptionist and lobby, office equipment, a staff break room, as well as a public lounge and atrium area.
COPA exists to help community arts participate and observe, because the arts enrich lives. COPA empowers organizations through its facility and foundation, so they can advance their missions, increase enrollments, and expand access.
